1. | Clinical Course Of Bullous Erythema Multiforme Receiving High-Dose Corticosteroid Treatment Gonca Gökdemir, Ilknur Kıvanç-altunay, Fulya Göksu, Adem Köşlü Pages 44 - 48 The therapy of the diseases belonging to erythema multiforme spectrum [Erythema multiforme minor, erythema multiforme major, Stevens-Johnson syndrome (S.IS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN)] is still controversial subject. Althought high-dose sistemic corticosteroid can he succesfully treat the severe forms of erythema multiforme, some assert the opposite. There are several retrospective investigations that was looked for ıhe potential effect of longterm glucocorticoid therapy before the onset of TEN and SJS on altering to progression of the disorders. We describe a patient who has bullous erythema multiforme receiving high-dose corticosteroid therapy. The aim in this case report is to discuss how the progress of steroid therapy of EM. |

3. | Primary Fallopian Tube Carcinoma: A Case Report Atıf Akyol, Ender Yumru, Başak Baksu, Inci Davas Pages 52 - 56 A 63 year old women with complaints of abdominal mass, fatigue and constipation was hospitalised in Şişli Etfal Education and Research Hospital, 2. Internal Medicine Clinic to search for the etiology of ascites. After the consultation carried out at the 2. Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the same hospital, she was internalised in the same clinic with a possible diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma. Following a thorough preoperative evaluation, explorative laparotomy was planned. During the operation, primary or metastatic fallopian tube carcinoma was considered and total abdominal hysterectomy+hilateral salpingo-oopho-rectomy+omentectomy was carried out. No postoperative problem occurred during her follow-up. Since the pathological report turned out to be a primary fallopian tube carcinoma, she was sent to the Radiation Oncology Department with the diagnosis of primary papillary adonocarcinoma of the fallopian tube. In view of this case report, we aim to look over once more to this rare gynecological malignancy in the light of the literature. |

The presence of a mass in the pelvis should raise the suspicion of a pseudotumor. In this paper, a patient with mild hemophilia (factor Vl/1, 10%) who developed a pelvic pseudotumor that had heen perfectly diagnosed with magnetic resonance imaging was presented. |
