This study consisted of 1000 cases in 4 months period, to determine the function of dermatologic consultations in hospital setting. It was noticed that different speciality branches were inadequare in assessing dermatologic signs and symptoms. Referrings were incompatible with the definition and purpose of consultation.

Chiari malformations consist of some abnormalities together which were described by Chiari in later 19. century. According to severity of deformities, it has 4 types. By using of some modern radiologiv methods such as CT and MRI, diagnosis of Chiari malformations are now easier. In this study, Chiari malformations are reviewed.

USG is an important method in diagnosis and follow up of meningitis and its complications. in this study we performed cranial USG in 20 meningitic cases who had been performed LP and confirmed laboratory and clinically. We followed up patients who had pathologic signs of meningitis. in 18 of 20 patients meningitic signs were detected. On the other hand in two patients cranial USG signs were normal. In 4 of the 18 patients only hydrocephalus, in 2 patients both hydrocephalus and ventriculitis occured.

in this report, a patient who had an operation far carcinoma of caecum exposed giant tumor methastasis at right ovary after 18 months was discussed.

In this study we intended to report a synovial chondromatosis in the knee area and review the literature in relation with this case.

Patient who had a complaint of anal incontinance admitted to the hospital. Carcinoma of the sigmoid colon with anal incontinance was diagnosed after physical examination and laboratory investigations. Sigmoid colon resection and primary anastomoses was done. in the postoperative period, ana/ continance returned normal.

Sixty years old female patient complained about the right upper quadrant pain. Ultrasonografic findings was cholelithiasis, but galibladder couldn’t found at the operation and postoperative investigations.

In this case report as it is rarely encountered, nephroblastoma with cyctic partial differentation in a newborn was discussed.

Blood types, blood tranfsfusion, indications of blood transfusion are pointed out in this study.
