Romatoid Artrit orta yaşla başlayan sinovial bir enflamasyon ve bunu izleyen fibrotik iyileşmeye bağlı eklem deformitesi ile karakterize orjini bilinmeyerı bir hastalıktır.
20 gün ara ile iki kez rejyonal anestezi altında ortopedik cerrahi uygulanan bir olguyu sunarken Romatoid Artritli hastada anestezik yaklaşımı gözden geçirelim istedik.

Rheumatoid Arthritis which starts at the middle age, is a disease of unknown origin characterized by synovial inflammation, follows to fibrotic healing that cause ro joint deformites.
While reporting a case who has undergone orthopedic sur­gical interventions under regional anesthesia two times with a 20 day interval, we wanted ro review the anesthesiologic approach to the patient with Romathoid Arth­ritis.
